James Khavarian and Anna Nicole Smith

This explains how Jim Khavarian came into the picture. It also makes me wonder what type of attorneys Rale and Stern are or were, that they didn't notice their former partner, Khavarian, was involved in a $70 million Ponzi scheme, and was ripping off clients? It also makes me wonder what was going on between Howard K. Stern and Khavarian, because this is about the same time that Khavarian turned into a virulent anti-Semite. You may remember that for a time, Khavarian was a practicing attorney. It seems he spent most of his time practicing how to steal from people, and this resulted in his eventually being disbarred. At his first disciplinary hearing, (see below) on July 2, 2001, Khavarian's license to practice law was suspended for two years, (that part of his sentence was placed on hold) he was placed on probation for two years, and given an actual license suspension of 30 days.
