Don Fogel is a partner with Ware, Snow, Fogel & Jackson, a trial law firm of sixteen attorneys. The firm’s practice focuses on the trial of personal injury and commercial cases, the handling of appeals, and the representation of debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcies and workouts.

Fogel’s practice is concentrated on civil litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, and tort law.

He received his B.S. degree in 1974 from Cornell University, and his J.D., with high honors, in 1979 from the University of Texas. He served a clerkship in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, 1979.
