Don Jackson is a partner with Ware, Snow, Fogel & Jackson, a trial law firm of sixteen attorneys. The firm’s practice focuses on the trial of personal injury and commercial cases, the handling of appeals, and the representation of debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcies and workouts.
His practice concentrates on commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, oil & gas litigation, environmental litigation, malpractice litigation, and probate litigation.
He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in 1980 at Western State College of Colorado; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1983 at Baylor University.
